How to Reset/Change Password

How to Change/Update Password
  1. Log in to your account. 
  2. Click the dropdown menu next to your name or initials. 
  3. Go to “Settings” and select “Change Password or Passcode.” 
  4. Enter your current password or passcode. 
  5. Enter your new password or passcode and confirm it. 
You’ll be logged out and prompted to log in again using the new credentials


How to Reset the Login Password
  1. Launch the Cheda app. 
  2. On the login screen, tap “Forgot Password.”
  3. Enter your email address for verification. 
  4. Input the OTP sent to your email. 
  5. Create a new password and confirm it.
  6. Proceed to log in with your new password.
