Do I Need to Verify My Identity (KYC)?
While you can access the app without completing KYC, you will only be able to perform transactions after your KYC is completed.

What Should I Do if My Transaction Is Delayed?
If you haven’t received your payout after 5-10 minutes, please contact our support team via support@cheda.io with your transaction hash for quick assistance.
What Happens If I Send to the Wrong Network?
Transactions from unsupported networks may be lost or delayed.
Always double-check the supported network before initiating a transfer.
Important Tips for New Users.
• Double-check that you are sending crypto to the correct network and wallet address
• Always send at least the minimum transaction amount shown on the platform (2USDT).
• Avoid copying wallet addresses from old transactions as they may change.
• If your payment does not arrive after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction hash and wallet address.
